My stay at Riva Hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and I appreciated the included breakfast. However, the location was quite far from the center, and I had issues with the room cleanliness and shower facilities.

I faced some problems with the cleanliness of the room and the shower was draining poorly in the first room. I did receive a new room quickly, which was good. However, the showers seemed to need some fixing as there was also a hole in the shower hose in the second room.
